Super Mario RPG (2023)

So I finished playing the original in early February 2023. "Man, such a good game. If they ever remake it, I'll play it again! Ehhh, that'll never happen!" Well, in late June 2023, they announced it. The rumor mill at the time was rumbling that either this or Chrono Trigger was getting a remake. Look, I have big plans for Chrono Trigger, eventually. But I am a one man operation. I definitely don't like the new names for some of the characters. The script is just as good as I remember. And not to knock the SNES, but it's crazy detailed. According to Wikipedia, Submechanophobia is a fear of submerged human-made objects, either partially or entirely underwater. These objects could be shipwrecks, statues, sea mines, animatronics as seen in theme parks, or old buildings, but also more mundane items such as buoys, chains, and miscellaneous debris. I think this is one of the cooler atmospheres in the game, and it low key stresses me out!
