Ash Wednesday, Lent, Palm Sunday, Maundy Thursday & Easter Services

We were at a different church for this service. The churches in our area take turns each year doing the Good Friday service.

This was and evening service. Maundy Thursday, also known as Holy Thursday, is the Christian holy day falling on the Thursday before Easter. It commemorates the Last Supper, the final meal Jesus shared with his disciples, and the institution of the Eucharist (Holy Communion). The day also remembers Jesus washing his disciples' feet, an act of humility and service, and the commandment (maundatum in Latin) to love one another.
