In this episode, I find out that not only is J.D. Vance a fantastic pick for V.P., he was the obvious choice all along and signifies a return to the intellectual prowess and American optimism that once hallmarked the GOP. This was a high-IQ pick by Trump. Also, in lawfare news, Judge Cannon took the hint from Justice Thomas and dismissed Special Counsel Smith’s classified documents case-granting Trump’s Motion to Dismiss for Unlawful Appointment. Since recording this episode Smith has officially appealed it as expected, however that lands the case right back on Justice Thomas’s desk and up to the full SCOTUS if Smith takes it that far. Nadine Menendez has severed her case from Bob “Gold Bars” Menendez and the other defendants. Bob is also trying to have his severed. I’ve long suspected that DOJ is trying to flip Nadine against all of them and still do. In Weiss’s gun and taxes cases against the current President’s son, Hunter Biden has appealed his motions to dismiss in both cases, which were all denied, to the respective appeals circuits in Delaware (2nd) and California (9th). Finally, in the Docs Case, Judge Cannon denies motions from Nauta and De Oliveira as Trump goes on trial in Manhattan. Enjoy!
