I think that's because he's holding details back. It's not clear if his first attempt to scale the limo and miss is in the film, but I put the slowmo there. All the Parkland doctors and some Bethesda doctors saw the wound he's talking about but it's not in the autopsy pictures and it's not on the Z Film; where it would be, older generation versions looks like there's a sharpie marker on top of it. The skin flap, possibly there. Where is this thumbs down he says he gave? You see the limo speed up towards the bridge, and it doesn't happen.
