I have to say I got great joy out of playing Silent Hill 1, 3 and now completing 2 I did all three original games and I am happy this amazing horror game could be part of the many playthroughs I have done thus far. Truly this game is a scary, emotional ride and I recommend anyone to try this game at least once just avoid the HD collection, though. But anyway, this game is a masterpiece and deserves all the respect it gets. Anyway, enjoy the ending and as always see ya next game.

The Lakeview Hotel the final place to stop at. This for the most part nice looking place James has to explore and to find the videotape he left there some years ago and get to room 312 where Mary is supposed to be waiting at hmm. Laura is also back again and seems to have beaten James to getting there but she forgot a letter she had and runs off again. After going through the hotel, James eventually gets back to the room they used. Mary isn`t there but there is a working TV set there and when he puts the tape in..Well the truth comes crashing down hard. Mary is dead and he is the one who did it!

I can`t tell what it is at some points it looks like a house?? of some kind and other times it is like a series of sewer tunnels or something else this is one bizarre, creepy place. Also, Pyramid Head appears here again many times with his spear. Angela is met again and she, just like Eddie, seems to be losing her mind a bit. Speaking of Eddie James has to fight him and sadly ends up forced to have to kill him because he completely goes nuts and and psycho mode and words are useless on him so he has to fight him. I think this is the first time in a Silent Hill game where you actually face a human enemy. The other time would be Walter from SIlent Hill 4 who is a human you later fight.

Also, I do wonder the guy down there the dead guy was he ever even alive to begin with, or was he manifested by Silent Hill or something? But he has bullet holes in him, which implies Eddie did kill him. So I don`t know, also the prison fun fact it isn`t really there it is all conjured up by James`s mind, so yeah there never truly was a prison and this whole place is basically an illusion.

And the game doesn`t skip you over or anything at all really annoying well it could be less annoying if there wasn`t items to collect but since I pick up items it gets bad.

Maria has vanished and gone from the room she was in hmm I wonder where she could have went in all this?? And as James makes his way through the place, eventually he can finally go down into the basement, although it looks different from Heather`s visit there, it is a lot smaller. But he finds another basement within it, huh, wait....Harry? Anyway when he gets down, Maria shows up again outta nowhere, like how the heck did she find her way through all that dark and way down into the basement all by herself?

I say again because I played through this exact same place in Silent Hill 3 and since I played 3 before I played this one oh you get it right? But this is technically where that place debuted at for the first time and here we go to it with James. Inside, we also meet a new enemy the bubble head nurse These things can pack on damage fast! Move fast and have pipes!! Ironic since I just recently got a pipe myself, and here they get the weapon at around the same time.

I finish up the rest of the apartment buildings here in this one, and it is at this point that James meets Pyramid Head agai,n and this time he has no choice but to face him. Well sorta more like shooting at him, which seems to do nothing and running around for my life before he kills me in one hit with that big huge sword. Afterwards it is back outside into the fog where James meets the girl Laura who stepped on his hand earlier in the apartments and from there he runs across someone who calls herself Maria but she seems an awful lot like Mary to James..Hmm sounds suspicious to me but she ends up tagging along for a bit with James so the run through the town isn`t all that lonely now eventually after chasing after Laura they end up at the Brookhaven hospital yeah it is time.

Also James meets other actual humans again he comes across Eddie for the first time and he also meets the girl he met earlier in the game again Angela who was thinking of killing herself but he stops her.
