Carl makes his way back to Grove Street after five years away. Carl reunites with Big Smoke Sweet reunites with Carl, relaying what happened over the past five years. Ryder takes Carl out on a ride round the neighborhood. Sweet tasks Carl with getting rid of all enemy gang tags in the area.

Ryder and Carl deal with some crack dealers in the local area. The gang stops Ballas from getting into Grove Street. Carl does some target practicing at Emmet's.
