Before the Mesa tried to roast us alive, there was a moment of bliss—soaking in the capybara pool, enjoying the calm, pretending the world wasn’t about to set itself on fire. But paradise never lasts long on the Peak. The sun soon turned hostile, tornadoes danced on the horizon, and our brave little climbers learned that shade = life.
