Scripture: Genesis 1:24-31 Additional Scripture: * Psalm 8:6-8: "You made him ruler over the works of your hands; you put everything under his feet: all flocks and herds, and the animals of the wild, the birds of the air, and the fish of the sea, all that swim the paths of the seas." * James 3:7: "For every kind of beast and bird, of reptile and sea creature, can be tamed and has been tamed by mankind." * Description: Highlighting the creation of land animals and humanity, made in Yahuah’s image to steward creation, this song celebrates humanity's unique role and the intrinsic goodness declared in all Yahuah had made. And Alahim saw that it was good. 26And Alahim said, “Breathe into [NESHAH] Adam [humanity] a shared essence, with a shared character, and let them rule over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the shamayim, and over the livestock, and over all the arets and over all the creeping creatures that creep on the arets.” 27And Alahim [alef-tau] created the man in His essence, in the essence of Alahim He created him – male and female He created them. 28And Alahim blessed them, and Alahim said to them, “Bear fruit and increase, and fill the arets and subdue it, and rule over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the shamayim, and over all creatures moving on the arets.” 29And Alahim said, “See, I have given you [alef-tau] every plant that yields seed which is on the face of all the arets, and every tree whose fruit yields seed, to you it is for food. 30“And to every beast of the arets, and to every bird of the shamayim, and to every creeping creature on the arets, in which there is life [alef-tau], every green plant is for food.” And it came to be so. 31And Alahim [alef-tau] saw all that He had made, and see, it was very good. Which of all these does not know that the hand of Yahuah has done this?" * Description: This melody honors the creation of marine life and birds. Scripture: Genesis 1:20-23 20And Alahim said, “Let the mayim teem with shoals of living creatures, and let birds fly above the arets on the facial surface of the shamayim.” 21And Alahim [alef-tau] created great sea creatures and every living creature that moves, with which the mayim teemed, according to their kind, and every winged bird according to its kind. The song marvels at the orchestration of the cosmos. A lamb looking towards the celestial bodies symbolizes guidance and the governance of the greater Light over all creation.
