Future Homestead of 60 acres, of which 17 acres are mostly Sugar Maples to the west & Cedar Ridge to the east. The remaining acreage is rolling pastures, stone walls & cedar rail fencing. All overlooking the magnificent vistas of the Halliburton Highlands’ Madawaska Valley. The plan is to build an 800 sqft 2 bedroom cabin with modular garage system connected by an enclosed breezeway.
