Resurrection: The Victory of the Empty Tomb.
InYourCornerThe Resurrection of Jesus Christ is the cornerstone of the Christian faith, signifying victory over sin, death, and the grave. It confirms Jesus as the Son of God and validates His teachings and sacrificial death on the cross. By rising from the dead, Jesus offers eternal life to all who believe in Him, proving that death is not the end. The Resurrection provides hope, assurance, and a new beginning, symbolizing spiritual renewal and the promise of salvation. It transformed fearful disciples into bold witnesses and continues to inspire faith, courage, and purpose in the lives of believers around the world.13 views 1 comment -

What Happens After your Body Dies?
InYourCornerThe Transformation of the Believer’s Body at the Rapture 1. A Sudden Supernatural Event According to 1 Corinthians 15:51–52, Paul says: "Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed—in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet..." This reveals that the transformation of the believer’s body will happen instantaneously. It’s not a process—it’s a divine act that takes place in a split-second. The word "mystery" indicates that this was a truth not previously revealed, now made known through the apostle Paul. 2. From Mortal to Immortal The passage continues: "For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality." (1 Corinthians 15:52–53) This describes the transformation itself: The "corruptible" (our perishable, decaying bodies) will become incorruptible—never again subject to age, sickness, or death. The "mortal" (subject to death) will become immortal—eternally alive in perfect form. In other words, we receive glorified bodies—similar to Jesus’ resurrected body (Philippians 3:21). These bodies are physical, but no longer bound by weakness, sin, or decay. 3. The Dead in Christ Rise First 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17 gives the order of events: "For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air." Here’s the divine sequence: Jesus descends from heaven. A heavenly trumpet blasts. Believers who have died (“dead in Christ”) are resurrected first, with glorified bodies. Then, living believers are raptured (snatched away), and in that moment, their bodies are transformed—they are changed into glorified bodies without tasting physical death.7 views -
Jesus is Lord!
InYourCornerJesus Christ is Lord – 3 Powerful Truths 1. He Conquered Death “He is not here; He has risen, just as He said.” — Matthew 28:6 No one else in history has defeated death. Jesus rose from the grave by His own power, proving He is more than a man — He is the living Lord over life and death. 2. He Rules from Heaven “God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Messiah.” — Acts 2:36 Jesus sits at the right hand of the Father, exalted above all. Every knee will bow and every tongue confess that He is Lord (Philippians 2:9–11). He’s not just Savior — He’s King. 3. He Changes Lives Today “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation…” — 2 Corinthians 5:17 The Lordship of Jesus isn’t just theological — it’s transformational. Millions of lives, including yours and mine, have been radically changed by His power. He saves, heals, delivers, and restores.20 views -

There Are No Exits in Hell!
InYourCornerHell, as described in Luke 16:19–31, is a place of torment, separation, and unquenchable fire. The rich man, in agony, begs for relief—but none is given. A great, impassable gulf is fixed between heaven and hell, making escape impossible. No prayers, no pleas, and no second chances exist beyond the grave. It is a sobering reminder that decisions made in this life determine eternity—and once there, the door is forever shut. Ask Jesus to forgive you of your sin and accept his free gift of Salvation to escape Hell.8 views
