With all due respect to Jon and his extensive research, I personally believe and submit the following suggestion that President Trump actually intended for Biden to have the APPARENCY of succeeding to the presidency in January 2021: In 2018 Trump formed the NQCO (National Quantum Coordination Office, not mentioned in Jon's article here) for the purpose of bringing about secure elections. Yet fraud was rampant in the presidential election 2 years later on 3 November 2020. Joe Biden confessed as much on 24 October 2020, 10 days before the election. (Video on YouTube) That two year window, between presumably securing elections in 2018 and the fraudulent election in 2020 & then Pence certifying Biden as president on 6 January 2021, suggests to me that it was Trump's intention for Joe Biden to succeed to the presidency in the eyes of the media. Had Trump retained the Presidency to the appearance of the media, he would not have been able to have the military engage in the mass arrests that the White Hat military has undertaken since February 2021. The mainstream media would have torn Trump apart and made him appear as a tyrant for orchestrating the mass arrests of the Deep State. Now with Biden having the apparency of being president, the media can't say squat about the military arrests. If the mainstream media started reporting on the arrests, it would expose the fallacy of the Biden administration. So the arrests proceed with no reporting by the mainstream media, though they must know the arrests are taking place. Of course the media is now attempting to make Trump out as a tyrant anyway, but their attempts have no legitimacy, as Joe Biden is the apparent "president". Nevertheless, having actually secured the election and knowing he was in fact elected, Trump authorized the military to enforce the hundreds of thousands of indictments his administration had written during his term, 2017-2021, and are now acting upon. The military has acted on many other individuals as well, who were not previously indicted. The USA being under Trump's ordered martial law allows this. Allowing Biden the apparency of being president to the media was a brilliant move by Trump. He could not possibly have undertaken what is happening now, if Trump had the apparency of being president to the media. Very brilliant move by Trump. White Hats have stated that all ballots of the 3 Nov 2020 election were tracked by the US military using blockchain. If Trump & the White Hats really wanted the election overturned, therein via blockchain, they had the evidence. But they never pursued that line legally. Instead, the military has engaged in arrests and tribunals of Deep State members.

I read an article discussing Devolution and referred to this 2nd Declaration of Independence, as being part of Devolution. I urge people to keep in mind this document was written by President Donald Trump. It has many startling revelations of the corruption in our government, some I'd not heard before, revelations that one would most definitely not hear from most other presidents. Reagan and / or Kennedy might have written something similar, had they the foresight and courage that Trump has had. Some have asked for proof of Trump's signature. I would suggest this document has not been signed by Trump, despite Baughman' claim of Trump's, as at the end of the document is a statement that it is to be submitted in "presentation to Congress, the 50 State Legislatures, and the Governors of the respective States." Thus, I suspect this document awaits Trump's signature, or that of any other President, until after approval by those entities. We must keep in mind that it is the President's signature, AFTER LEGISLATIVE APPROVAL, that finalizes any legislation. This is not to say that the document does not exist somewhere on a government website. I looked on the Federal Register & Executive Orders websites to no avail. If it's not signed, then it makes sense it's not there. But Michael Baughman got this document from somewhere. Where he got it remains a mystery to me.
