Game Day Dips on the Blackstone Griddle
Blackstone GriddlesHussey fires up the Blackstone to show it’s perfect for more than burgers and tacos. He makes two crowd favorite dips, Creamy Queso Dip and Buffalo Chicken Dip, ideal for tailgates or game day gatherings. Simple ingredients and big flavor make these good groceries. Queso Dip: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/queso-dip Ingredients 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 block cream cheese 2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies 1 medium onion, diced 2 fresh jalapeños, diced (remove seeds for less heat) 1 tbsp avocado oil Pinch of salt Splash of milk (optional, for thinning) Directions 1. Dice the onion and jalapeños. 2. On the Blackstone, heat avocado oil and add the onion, jalapeños, and a pinch of salt. Cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened. 3. In a disposable or cast-iron pan, add the Velveeta, cream cheese, and Rotel. 4. Stir in the sautéed onions and jalapeños. 5. Place the pan on the Blackstone (or grill/oven). Stir every few minutes until everything is melted and smooth. 6. Add a splash of milk if you prefer a thinner dip. 7. Tailgating Tip: Prep all ingredients ahead of time and store them in a gallon bag for easy transport. Just dump into your pan at the event and heat. Buffalo Chicken Dip: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/buffalo-chicken-dip-1 Ingredients 2 cans cooked chicken breast (or 2 cups shredded rotisserie or smoked hicken) 1 block cream cheese 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated 1 cup homemade ranch dressing (made with 1 cup buttermilk, 1 cup mayonnaise, and 1 ranch seasoning packet) ¾ cup half and half ¾ cup Frank’s Hot Sauce Directions 1. In a bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning until smooth. 2. Grate the cheddar cheese and set aside. 3. In a large pan, mix the chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, half and half, and Frank’s Hot Sauce. 4. Place the pan on your Blackstone griddle (or grill/oven) over medium heat. Stir frequently until the mixture is fully melted, hot, and creamy. 5. As it heats, break apart any large chunks of chicken for a smoother dip. Variations & Tips - Add cooked sausage or chorizo for an extra kick of flavor. - Mix in blue cheese crumbles for a tangy twist. - Always grate your own cheese for the best melt and flavor. Can These 2 Kitchen Gadgets Make NEXT-LEVEL Breakfast?
Freakin' ReviewsToday I'm testing out a Presto waffle bowl maker and a 3-in-1 egg slicer. Note: I realized after editing that there are 3 fill lines in the bowl maker (not 2 as I stated), so I beat the know-it-alls to the punch.449 views 1 comment -

Quick and Easy Beef and Broccoli on the Blackstone Griddle
Blackstone GriddlesCraving takeout? Taylor's homemade beef and broccoli hits all the right notes: savory, saucy, and done in minutes. A simple, healthier twist that’s faster than delivery and full of flavor. Beef and Broccoli: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/quick-and-easy-beef-and-broccoli Ingredients 1 (12 oz) bag broccoli florets 1½ lbs skirt steak, sliced into ½-inch strips ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce ¼ cup oyster sauce 3 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp ginger paste 1 tbsp garlic paste 1 tbsp arrowroot 1 tbsp water 8 oz diced onions 12 oz microwavable jasmine rice Chopped green onions Toasted sesame seeds Avocado oil Directions Preheat your griddle on high heat. Add the broccoli to the griddle with a splash of water and cover with a dome to steam until tender. On another section of the griddle, add avocado oil and place the steak strips down to sear. While the steak and broccoli are cooking, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger paste, and garlic paste in a bowl. In a separate small cup, mix the arrowroot with 1 tablespoon of water until smooth. Add this slurry to the sauce bowl and stir thoroughly. Flip the steak to cook the other side and top it with the diced onions. Let everything cook for 3–4 minutes, or until the onions are crispy and the steak is browned. Reduce heat to medium-low and add the jasmine rice to the griddle. Drizzle with a little water and toss to steam. Combine the cooked steak, onions, and broccoli on the griddle. Pour the sauce over the mixture and toss everything together. Let it cook for about 1 minute until the sauce thickens. Be careful not to overcook, as the sugars can reduce too much and become sticky. To serve, layer the jasmine rice on the bottom of each plate and top with the steak and broccoli mixture. Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve with chopsticks if you’d like, and enjoy!
