In 2025 the state-of-the-art Vera C. Rubin Observatory in Chile began scanning the sky, and it already discovered something that broke our understanding of the Solar System - the "spin limit". Super-fast and ultra-fast spinning asteroids were discovered spinning much faster than the 2.2 hour "spin limit", and we know from astrophysics that a magnetized central body that is spinning has the capability to produce astrophysical jets. Interstellar Object 3I/ATLAS has been displaying anomalous jet activity since it entered into our solar system, it's traveling at high velocities, and if it is magnetized and spinning more rapidly than currently believed, it is possible this is the mechanism producing its tightly collimated jets and sunward facing tail. 3I/ATLAS continues its journey to the outer solar system to swing close by Jupiter in Mid-March. Earth has already swung around in its orbit to get as close to 3I/ATLAS as possible back on December 19th 2025, and now Earth is moving closer and closer to the original path of 3I/ATLAS during its closest approach to the Sun. Immense jet activity on 3I/ATLAS has spewed interstellar dust and plasma all over, and being well-charged by the Sun, the electromagnetically active dust grains large enough to not be blown out of the Solar System from radiative effects may reach Earth and interact with the planet geophysically this spring. What the effect of that, and its level of significance is unknown, but considering the nature of accretionary jet streams in space and prior meteor storms that hit Earth, it'd be wise to "expect the unexpected" this spring, especially in consideration as to how Jupiter will also be interacting uniquely with 3I/ATLAS in March-April. Regional and global earthquake activity suggests that California could be the next major section of the eastern Pacific Ring of Fire to release tectonic strain in a magnitude 6-7 earthquake, perhaps even larger. Mt. Etna continues to erupt from its northeast crater, with eruptive activity first starting on December 27th, and nearby Campi Flegrei has been showing exponential increases in earthquake activity for years now since 2020. Situated directly between these two large volcanoes - Mt. Etna being Europe's "largest" and Campi Flegrei being a known supervolcano - is a massive submarine volcano and caldera structure nearly 150 km across. Scientist call the central submarine volcano Marsili Volcano, but Marsili Volcano may in fact be MUCH LARGER than officially recognized, making it a supervolcano and by far Europe's largest.
