Perhaps the dialogue was coordinated to get ahead of the media smear machine, well we won't ever know that. So Beanz and Pulitzer are attacking Thuler's character, lumping some questionable arguments together with the letter from Child Support enforcement that Thaler said was from the AG. Pulitzer made a compelling case, albeit with some flawed arguments. When he posts the edited Q&A with feedback removed, I'll upload it with his follow-up criticism. I don't expect there'll be any trick edits but feel free to check. Whatever Beanz' faults, UDC has covered more election fraud than any large site besides Gateway Pundit. Michele Swinick the interviewer is a Maricopa County election judge and podcaster. Thaler stresses this was never a call to convict anyone in the court of public opinion, but a call for people to demand their representatives investigate. "There were consistencies with documents found in the racketeering schemes and what we found in documents belonging to participants in the election." "This is not just a matter of documents; and certainly not just a matter of deeds... We have interviews with individuals, we have over 24,000 entries of cell phone records and text records, we have bank statements, we have employment records, we have a whole number of things: whatever we can legally obtain, we do. So when we say somebody's got a problem, what we mean by that is we form analyses on crimes and when we see how a crime's committed, we see how it's done, how the money moves, we see how things change hands. We see what documents are used we see what people prepared them. "When we look for other crimes or other criminals, what we're looking for is similar patterns in the things that we see: that could be text records, call records, things we see in bank statements and deeds, that could be filings with the AZ Corporations Commision, that could be in other public docs. There's a whole wide range of things that we look for before somebody's got what we call a problem, where there's a problem going on with a particular individual that we see in their records--not simply deeds--in their records that gives us pause and calls for further investigation. "And what Ms Breger actually said in the presentation, which seems to get lost by everybody, is we don't have certain subpoena powers. We certainly don't have a grand jury. We don't have a team of investigators past a certain number. We don't have the resources to go further. "What we called for, which is what's been totally missed in all this, was for further investigation of the allegations that we brought forth. (and instead everybody took sides) "Everybody's yelling it's true it's false, rather than saying we need to investigate what happened. That's not our problem. Our problem was to do what we did, get out there tell the people what's going on and then let the People tell their representatives what they feel should be done to get fairness for the state of Arizona and the people of the state. "70 precincts' machines do not break down in the absence of fraud.. fraud occurred. Why there's still no answer to a single question as to how that occurred? ... All of a sudden we came along and said wait a minute, the emperor has no clothes." To the accusations he "shoehorned" in election fraud as a ploy to make money with his book: f you take the hours that go into those book and preparing 3k docs and look at my hourly rate, it's not a winner for me. A thought exercise... Twinning: "if you have a true story you need to bury, you create a twin to the story which has a bunch of true things in it but then also a mishmash of lies, exaggerations, things that turn out to be false, THEN you get this out there, you promote it and reveal there are all these falsehoods in it, that's been debunked.... but what about these other things that were revealed? Oh no, that was all debunked." Byrne's saying Thaler could be a way to discredit the other speakers at the hearing like Erich Speckin (scroll down my channel). I don't know about that. But if this mortgage fraud etc. was coming out anyway, and there was an investigation wrapping up, they might try to get ahead of it by launching a PARALLEL INVESTIGATION with holes in it, sloppy work and character issues. I don't know if that's true with Thaler. You start getting into the weeds with this but it could be there IS another investigation of the AZ bribery that Thaler is to discredit. Why are conservatives with good records attacking him? Maybe they know something we don't that they have to keep a lid on. Pulitzer says Mark Finchem introduced Thaler to Liz Harris. Harris was going to vote NO on a big spending bill, then she made a deal with the RINOS and she traded her vote to have the Election Integrity hearing (so she voted Yes for the bill). Finchem made ballots with color seals, like Thaler told Pulitzer he saw. Pulitzer speculates what if Finchem is deep stater who made up the counterfeit ballots story which Jovan says is false, and that somehow Thaler could've seen the full color seal on Finchem's holographic ballots (which he and Borelli would have profited from) because he spends time with Finchem. Sounds unlikely! I've come around on this with Borelli and Rogers, but there's no way Finchem is deep state. But in this scenario, if Thaler's work was twinning to discredit a parallel investigation, Bennett and the RINOs agree to the deal with Harris to have the hearing, to introduce Thaler who was their op from the beginning to discredit real work on the deeds bribes, to trick her into adding him to the hearing. Byrne says Thaler's work looks sloppy to him, that's more meaningful to me then any of these character attacks. It could also be they're attacking his character to get that out of the way before analyzing his work... On the outside looking in, it's hard to say anything with conviction. A couple thoughts: -If it's a twinning op, which I doubt, then what he's talking about is real even if Thaler isn't. The media's getting less mileage from their reports and they're running out of gas, so who cares. Thaler's bribery schemes were a huge disclosure. -Byrne on the work being sloppy is something that should be articulated. How about inaccuracies in the reports? -Maybe Barnes thinks he should have heard of Thaler if Thaler is qualified for the job. -Maybe Barnes or Byrne know something about it they can't share. Essentially the docs were filed at a time when you would have had to contact the various government offices individually, by phone or in person, for each doc and it would have been impossible to track down that many to compare. When the systems went electronic and they went online, that changed. That's how Thaler says these "sophisticated boys"/operators actors left tracks.
