Good afternoon folks, this is Michael Santos with a brief update for Kevin's fundraiser. I told you in my last update a few days ago that Kevin sent his 2nd payment to his lender. His lender by the way is PHH Mortgage Services as you can see from this cashier's check that Kevin gave me to present to you. Kevin also sent in a cover letter with this cashier's check and I am posting that as well so that you can see the proof that he paid his second arrangement payment. PHH mortgage should have that payment applied to Kevin's account by today. This was made possible by YOU, the generous donors who gave to this fundraiser for Kevin. Once again, I thank you so much for your generosity and support of Kevin in his time of need. Now, it's on to payment number 3 which needs to be paid before October 22nd. Can I count on you to share this fundraiser link to all of your social media accounts at least once a day so that we can get the final arrangement payment before October 22nd. That is just a little over a month away now and it's crucial for Kevin to make this next payment, because as I told you in my last update, the auction of Kevin's home will happen if he can't make October's payment! Hello folks, this is the weekly video update for Kevin's go fund me fundraiser! Kevin is now able to make his second arranged mortgage payment to his lender because of the generosity of donors like YOU! In fact, He just told me yesterday that he sent a cashiers check to his lender to cover September's mortgage payment. That check should be there by sometime today and will be credited to his account no later than this Tuesday which is 4 days before he is to talk to his case manager again. That is such GREAT news! Thank you ALL so much for caring and for supporting Kevin in his time of need.That means that he has just ONE more payment to go of the 3 payment arrangement deal that he made with his lender. I also have some more good news to report, an anonymous donor donated $500 to the fundraiser the other day! Thank you anonymous donor that was a welcome sight to see and that means that Kevin only needs $2,630.41 more and he can make his 3rd and final arranged payment! Hello folks, it's Michael Santos again with another update for Kevin's fundraiser campaign. I was talking to Kevin the other day and he told me that he had a call from a representative of the mortgage company. The representative confirmed that they received Kevin's arranged August payment, which is very good news. That means that Kevin only has 2 more payments to complete this loan modification arrangement with them. When Kevin finally meets this obligation with them he will be able to breathe much easier which will allow him to collect his thoughts and concentrate on the online book tour that got derailed by the COVID-19 pandemic a few years ago. So as it stands right now there is no auction date on his home, but if Kevin can not make his next two payments of $3,130.41 each, then the auction will more than likely happen! I for one don't want this to happen and I know for sure that Kevin doesn't either. I want to thank each and every one of the donors who have donated to this fundraiser. Your generosity means more than you will ever know. I want to ask you all to pray for Kevin, he was only following what God commanded him to do by writing The Master's Key to Unlocking and Mastering Chronic Disease for us all! Kevin has been faithful in this at all times and is telling the truth at all times.
