Easy Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps on the Blackstone
TThe Hungry HusseyThese lettuce wraps were super tasty. Our three year old crushed them too! Certainly something that will be on a rotation for quick meal ideas, and low carb to boot! Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps Ingredients: Dipping Sauce 2 tablespoons white sugar ½ cup water 3 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar ⅛ teaspoon chili oil (I used Sambal Oelek) ¼ teaspoon Chinese hot mustard (I used honey dijon) Filling 1 lb chicken (white meat), minced (I used a food processor) 1 - 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and minced (I used a food processor) 6 oz of mushrooms, minced (I used a food processor) 1 clove garlic Half thumb ginger 2 green onions chopped 5 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons oyster sauce 1 tablespoons rice wine vinegar 2-3 tablespoons canola oil Lettuce leaves ------------------------------------------------- Instructions: 1 - Add all ingredients from dipping sauce above, whisk well, let sit for at least 30 min. 2 - Heat Blackstone on high. Add canola oil. Let that start to smoke then add water chestnuts, mushrooms, green onions, and chicken. Stirring frequently, for 4-5 mins. 3 - Add garlic and ginger. Stir for 2-3 mins. 4 - Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and rice wine vinegar. Stir for another 1-2 mins. 5 - Serve in lettuce with dipping sauce. 6 - Enjoy the food and that you save some dollars!19 views
