While trying a sample dose on himself, he accidentally gets a dose of a mixture added to the water cooler and believes his potion is what is working. The mixture temporarily causes him to feel and act like a teenager, including correcting his vision. When his wife gets a dose that is even larger, she regresses even further into her childhood. When an old boyfriend meets her in this state, he believes that her never wanting to see him again means a divorce and a chance for him.

Missile expert Colonel Breen is brought in to investigate, accompanied by Professor Bernard Quartermass. When the interior of the "missile" is exposed, a dead locust-like creature that resembles the devil is found. It is determined by Quartermass that these "locusts" are evil Martians who altered the brains of our simian ancestors to eventually lay claim to the Earth. When Quartermass's suspicion that the missile can reactivate the dormant evil in humans is confirmed, all hell breaks loose.

He devises a drug, that when applied to the eyes, enables the user to see beyond the normal realm of our sight (ultraviolet rays etc.) it also gives the user the power to see through objects. Xavier tests this drug on himself, when his funding is cut off. As he continues to test the drug on himself, Xavier begins to see, not only through walls and clothes, but through the very fabric of reality!

Only one of the three astronauts remains on board, and his physical and mental health is severely impaired. He is placed under observation, but his wife takes him out of the hospital, releasing a great threat to humanity, as the survivor is being consumed by an alien force.

The mysterious complex appears to be dedicated to the manufacture of synthetic food, but Quatermass comes to the terrifying conclusion that aliens are invading Earth using this facility as a cover. To save the country and the entire world from the invaders, Quatermass must face terrible dangers with an uncertain outcome.

Becoming gradually more unhinged, Griffin strips off his nose, bandages, and clothes before the stunned villagers and sets about terrorizing the countryside. When he progresses from mayhem to murder, Griffin's beloved Flora (Gloria Stuart) and colleague Dr. Kemp (William Harrigan) work with police to try to capture the elusive Invisible Man. It is a race against time to stop Griffin's plans to make the world "grovel" at his feet.

Believing this to be some type of mass hallucination, he refers them to a psychiatrist. He meets his old girlfriend Becky Driscoll and starts seeing her again. They are interrupted at dinner by mystery writer Jack Belicec who takes them to see a body found on his pool table, one mysteriously lacking any type of distinguishing marks, even fingerprints. As Jack sleeps, his wife sees the body form into a likeness of Jack, even down to a recent cut on its hand. Miles finds a similar body forming in Becky’s basement. But when they try to show the bodies to the police they have vanished and they think in the rationale of daylight that they have succumbed to the mass delusion too. But as night falls again they find pods in Miles’s glass house. When they try to run they find everywhere that the townspeople have turned into hostile, emotionless pod people trying to stop them.

But Dr. Jekyll, horrified, rebels against his second nature. An intriguing story based on the novel by Robert Louis Stevenson.

With the help of his servant Fritz, he enters the local cemeteries at night to remove the parts he needs from the corpses. What he does not know is that the brain he used in his experiment had belonged to a criminal.

In her story the Frankenstein monster survives its burning in the mill. It is discovered and taken in by the eccentric philosopher-scientist Dr Pretorius. Pretorious tries to persuade Frankenstein into building the monster a mate but Frankenstein wants nothing more to do with his cursed creation. Finally Pretrorious blackmails Frankenstein into doing so by having the monster abduct Elizabeth.
