Briefing by Chief of the Air Defence Missile Forces of the Russian Aerospace Forces Major General Aleksandr Romanenkov. ▫️At night, from 28 to 29 December 2025, the Kiev regime attempted to deliver a terrorist attack using a large number of long-range unmanned aerial vehicles at the residence of the President of the Russian Federation in Novgorod region. ▫️ Around 19.20 of 28 December 2025, radio-technical units of the Russian Aerospace Forces detected an aerial attack by fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles operating at extremely low altitudes from the territory of Sumy and Chernigov regions of Ukraine. ▫️ As the map shows, the enemy delivered the strike from several directions at the residence of the President of the Russian Federation over territory of Bryansk, Smolensk, Tver, and Novgorod regions by 91 unmanned aerial vehicles. ▫️ During the air defence battle, all Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed by Russian air defence troops and means. I draw your attention to the map, which shows were Ukrainian UAVs were destroyed: 📍 over the territory of Bryansk region — 49 unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down: 🔹from 20.27 to 21.16 of 28 December, two UAVs were destroyed; 🔹from 23.15 of 28 December to 00.07 of 29 December, 17 UAVs were destroyed; 🔹from 00.51 to 01.07 of 29 December, three UAVs were destroyed; 🔹from 02.05 to 03.56 of 29 December, 27 UAVs were destroyed; 📍over the territory of Smolensk region, at 01.50 of 29 December 2025, one UAV was intercepted; 📍Over the territory of Novgorod region, air defence units of the Russian Air Defence Missile Forces shot down 41 Ukrainian UAVs: 🔹from 03.18 to 05.01 of 29 December, 11 UAVs were shot down; 🔹from 06.20 to 07.13 of 29 December, 12 UAVs were shot down; 🔹from 07.46 to 08.30 of 29 December, 18 UAVs were shot down. ▫️ Anti-air missile systems, mobile fire teams, and electronic warfare means were engaged in repelling the massed strike over the territory of Bryansk, Smolensk, and Novgorod regions. ▫️ The composition of the strike, the amount of the air attack means used, and their movement from southern, southwestern, and western directions straight to the area of the residence of the President of the Russian Federation in Novgorod region, unequivocally confirm that the terrorist attack of the Kiev regime was deliberate, thoroughly planned, and organised in waves. ❗️There were no casualties or damage as a result of actions to repel the terrorist attack of the Kiev regime on the territory of the Russian Federation. Any damage to the residence of the President of the Russian Federation has been prevented. 🎯 Anti-air missile system crews, air surveillance means of radio-technical units, mobile fire teams, and electronic warfare means completed their task cohesively, professionally, and effectively. 🫡 Air defence units of the Russian Aerospace Forces continue to perform their duty to defend the airspace of our country.

The Western aggressive biosecurity policy and the expansion of NATO military and biological programmes pose more threats to the biological weapons non-proliferation regime. We presented the facts that U.S. Department of War employs the basis of Ukrainian biolaboratories, which were repeatedly confirmed by U.S. officials. These include National Security Council Coordinator John Kirby, Under Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, and United States Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. In an interview to American journalist Tucker Carlson in August 2025, a professor of organic chemistry at Cornell University Dave Collum confirmed pharmaceutical testing on the Ukrainian population in 38 laboratories. To ensure the secrecy of such research, the sponsors are not military agencies, but rather civilian agencies and non-governmental organisations. One of them is the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), which was terminated by U.S. President Donald Trump's decision. In the United States, the Agency funded the Event-201 exercise designed to deal with an epidemic of an unknown coronavirus. I would like to stress that the exercise was held in October 2019 right before the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. In February 2025, Elon Musk, head of the Department of Government Efficiency, called USAID a 'criminal organisation,' which again confirms the conclusions of the Russian Defence Ministry regarding the Agency's involvement in illegal activities including the coup d'état in Ukraine and the commence of a propaganda war against Russia. No less serious concerns are raised by Ukraine's activities in the field of radiation safety, including Kiev's attempts at nuclear blackmail. Andrey Yermak, former head of the Ukrainian presidential office, has a special role in this regard. He personally supervised the organisational, logistical, and financial flows of spent nuclear fuel imported into Ukraine without notifying IAEA and other relevant organisations. The supply chains were organised through Poland and Romania. This creates the risk of creating a so-called 'dirty bomb' and then using it under a false flag. This is evidenced by the training methods of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) available to us. One of the training areas is simulating the situation of stealing ionising radiation sources, manufacturing an explosive device, and detonating it in a crowded place. I would like to remind you that spent nuclear fuel as well as calibration radioactive sources can be used to create such devices. Earlier, we had cited the report to the Prime Minister of Ukraine by the Secretary of the National Security Council of Ukraine. It reports the loss of 68 ionising radiation sources including highly active ones on the territory of Kharkov region. The report says, quote '..the loss of control over sources of ionising radiation is classified as a radiation accident...' 'In this regard, I would like to draw attention to the prognosis developed by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. In case of a radiological accident on the Russian-Ukrainian border, only the Russian Federation will suffer. However, a different scenario would be more possible as the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, and the radioactive substances would spread to a large part of Ukraine and Europe taking into account the average annual wind rose. The situation at the Prydniprovsky Chemical Plant also causes concerns. Between 1949 and 1991, this manufacturing plant processed uranium concentrates and uranium ore currently employed for a different purpose. The plant's buildings are currently in a critical condition. By getting into rooms, the atmospheric precipitation washes away radioactive waste and gathers in the basements. Under these conditions, the risks of contamination of the Dnepr River basin and the release of dangerous uranium decay products into the Black Sea are increasing. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the Russian Federation has not shelled the facility. Thus, military and financial aid from of the West provokes numerous violations by the Kiev regime of international standards for handling nuclear materials. At the same time, Western patrons do not take into account that the deterioration of the state administration system is capable of bringing not only Ukraine but also a whole number of European states to the brink of an environmental disaster.'....
