Look at the actual circumstance. The Brits and the French were battling it out and the French were facing a revolution of their own. This brief prelude led to the French Revolution and the Napoleonic Wars in Europe. During this same 20 year period, America was trying to recover from The War of Independence and was struggling to ship its raw materials to factories and workshops in Europe. In the 1770's, we had a huge commercial fleet, but no navy. So, we cut a deal with Great Britain -- their King would serve as our Trustee "on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways" and the Brits would receive a service contract and be allowed to stay in this country - and in exchange, their Navy would provide protection for our merchant shipping. This was good business all the way around, because the Americans needed to access the European markets for their raw materials, and the Europeans needed those raw materials to keep their factories running. This led to a relatively large, permanent population of British Subjects, specifically British Territorial Subjects -- "Tories" -- remaining in this country after the Revolution. They have lived here as a separate population under the provisions of the Residence Act ever since. They are all U.S. Citizens. They are born and raised in this country. They look like Americans. They sound like Americans. But they are British Subjects and Territorial United States Citizens. It also led to a permanent presence and relationship with the British Navy and the British Merchant Fleet which could trade here tax free. To finalize and implement this deal several acts of Congress were required as well as adoption of the service contract known as The Constitution of the United States of America, issued in 1789. All three Federal Constitutions implement the trade and treaty obligations and necessary service contracts resulting from the peace settlement(s) ending The War of Independence, so if you want to understand The Constitution of the United States of America, you have to look at the American-British naval treaties and trade agreements coming out of the peace process. This miraculous event was duly recorded by my parents and other family members, and announced proudly in the local newspapers, "A daughter, Anna Maria...." Please note the language --- a "daughter", not a "female". And then, something happened at Memorial Hospital, in Neillsville, Wisconsin. A person who appeared to be working for the hospital asked my Mother to sign some routine paperwork. With no explanation of what this paperwork was, and no clarification regarding which "United States" was being referenced, and no specific knowledge of what the word "citizen" implied, my young Mother readily agreed that I was a "United States Citizen" of some kind. I still have a copy of the document that she and Doctor Robert Crohn signed to this effect, though clearly, my Mother didn't know what she was signing, and the doctor was not present at my actual physical birth and had no personal knowledge of what my political status might be, he signed it anyway. Just "routine" paperwork. Speaking to Dr. Crohn many years later, he admitted that he didn't know what the paperwork was for, other than to issue a Birth Certificate memorializing the event of my nativity. "Nativity" is another interesting word, related to "native" and bespeaking origin and such concepts as "nationality" and "nation". Article 5491 Video - International Public Notice: An End to an Unlawful Court System - Sunday, August 17, 2025 By Anna Von Reitz Most people cannot imagine that there could be such a thing as an unlawful court system, nor could most Americans fathom it being firmly established in our country --- yet it has been, for 160 years as of this past May. Understanding this requires knowing certain facts. Maritime Commercial Law is a branch of Roman Civil Law perfected by Scottish Barristers who are also experts in Admiralty Law. It was a Scottish Barrister, Lord Mansfield, who created the bastardized form of law known as "Equity Law" or "King's Bench Law" by combining elements of English Common Law and British Admiralty Law and Scottish Maritime Law --- just picking and choosing --- and rolling it all up into a new scheme of "law" that is, as our American Forefathers called it, "neither fish nor fowl". Others, like Edmund Burke, argued that this new system of law took the worst elements of all the others and combined them, on purpose, to create a court of "arbitrary discretion and corruption" --- serving one purpose: to make money for the King and the Barristers, who got a share of whatever they can chisel out of the defendants. The foundational theory of Equity Law is that the King owns everything and is always the primary interest equity holder; given this premise, no matter what the subject matter or rightful jurisdiction, anything brought before an Equity Court must either yield a finding in the King's favor or result in dismissal of the charges altogether. So, given all that, it should not surprise us that in 96% of all cases brought before before such an Equity Court, the judges use their "plenary discretion" to find in favor of the King (and themselves, of course, because they get a share of the loot), and few if any wins for the defendants are ever reported, because the majority of any "dangerous suits" are dismissed before any honest engagement can take place. When the end of the British Commonwealth was announced, a new "Territorial Government" fraud was used as a means to impose an even more rigorous colonialist regime --- while outwardly appearing to dissolve the Commonwealth and colonial systems of the old British Empire. This was a joint effort by the Roman Municipal Government and the British Queen to avoid the bad press that results from enslaving people and stealing the resources of entire countries under color of law for generations --- while at the same time increasing a velvet glove stranglehold on the "former" colonies via exercise of "Territorial" military protectorates. Via this fraudulent process the lawful government of this country was snookered in 1860; via the same basic constructive fraud, the lawful government of Australia was substituted in 1910; and, after several failed attempts, the lawful government of Ireland was "substituted for" in the 1930's. All of these illegal and unlawful and immoral substitution schemes involve changing the jurisdiction in which government service providers are operating, and then misapplying that change to the entire population of a country. The basic premise applies to what was done with the seventeen countries of Western Europe that were occupied by the Allies in World War II. This does have meaning for our current economic and political situation. Abraham and Sarah don't believe God's promise, so they get impatient and try a Do-It-Yourself answer. Abraham's first born son is Ishmael, not Isaac. The birthright should have gone to Ishmael. Isaac benefits from something that isn't lawfully his. He inherits and enjoys the birthright of this rejected elder half-brother. Next, Isaac is defrauded of his birthright in turn. His youngest son, Jacob the Liar, cheats his older brother, Esau, out of the birthright reserved for him. The birthright should have gone to Esau, but instead, Jacob inherits and benefits from something that isn't lawfully his. This time it comes about via impersonating Esau. Late in the day, Jesus comes, of the lineage of David, the first born son, and again, he is cheated out of his inheritance. He is black-balled as a friend of Sinners and Necromancer who brings people back from the dead. The Romans and Sanhedrin split the spoils and continue to benefit from what isn't theirs. This convenience, of being able to count the slave labor as chattel backing debt, together with "custodianship" of millions of acres of new land in the Western States still under Territorial control, and the land claimed under (false) claims of conquest at war (as there was no declared war) amounting to eleven Southern States, gave the British Territorial Perpetrators vast collateral for borrowing, and also vast quantities of land that they could trade, use as public endowments, and develop for profit. It was at this time that "land grant colleges" were developed as new public education facilities. These schools not only received generous land allotments for their physical development, but large bequests of land to support their upkeep and expansion. This was the old Commonwealth system of the Roman Catholic Church in action, only now the recipient of the benefit of the public land was a University. Article 5385 Video - International Public Notice: Who Are "We, the People"? - Tuesday, June 3, 2025 By Anna Von Reitz 'We, the People' is a reference to the living people, acting as State Citizens, who, in the context of the Constitutions, are the Contracting Officers of their State Assembly. The "People" are people undertaking the role and adopting the Persona of State Citizens to conduct business for their State of the Union; State Citizens are the Contracting Officers who approved each one of the three (3) separate Federal Constitutions. The State Citizens are the Parties to the Federal Constitutions and their Successors in this generation are fully enabled to enforce these venerable service contracts today. Their "progeny" are all the State Citizens, that is, the People, who will follow after them and who will enforce the service contracts known as Constitutions on behalf of the living people they serve. Without knowing that the word "People" styled with a capital "P" is a reference to the State Citizens who populate the International Jurisdictions vouchsafed to the State of the Union, and who act as the Principals and Contracting Officers for their State, it is impossible to enforce the Federal Constitutions, because nobody acting in any other capacity is Party to the Constitutions. Under such conditions, without State Citizens present and doing their jobs, the Constitutions are no longer enforceable service contracts in any practical sense; with nobody competent to enforce them, they devolve into something more akin to moral guidelines or provisos, pending the reappearance of State Citizens to enforce them. With the States of the Union being called back into Session five years ago, State Citizens have been identified in all fifty (50) substantive States of the Union, also known simply as "States".
