United States v. Arnold et al

In the North Texas Antifa Cell case, United States v. Arnold et al., a half dozen members have accepted plea agreements. The agreement is for a guilty plea to 1 Count of 18 U.S.C. § 2339A—Providing Material Support to Terrorists. Are these the first-ever convictions of an Antifa member on terrorism charges? A second superseding indictment has been filed against nine members of a North Texas Antifa cell who were already charged with rioting, attempted murder, and material support to terrorists related to an attack on an ICE detention facility last summer. This new indictment makes a small edit to the mention of a co-conspirator (not charged in this case, likely cooperating) and adds four pages concerning forfeiture upon conviction. Remember, this is the first time an Antifa group has been hit with terrorism charges, and the case could serve as a template for future cases against the violent Marxist group.
