Made sure with resizable BAR is enabled fully with NVIDIA Profile Inspector and removed the FPS cap I had previously to let the engine max out to its own content. Another note with GTA V Enhanced is to set the DLSS Override to use Preset K for the best results and the FPS should be capped so it Goes no higher than 150.
