The Biden Department of Justice, headed by Merrick Garland settled a massive lawsuit against a previous Trump-era "zero tolerance" policy regarding immigration. The settlement prevented the federal government from implementing that policy again until the 2030s and paid the ACLU millions of dollars. Meanwhile, in present day, Pam Bondi is working to moot our cases regarding a Biden-era "zero tolerance" policy regarding the Second Amendment. This policy closed gun shops for even minor paperwork errors. Instead of settling with GOA, the Bondi DOJ continues to fight to moot our cases. We just have one question: why?
