But within the limits of a 6th degree equation, that's the case in EVERY STATE. If you flew over a grove of trees and they spelled Hillary Clinton, you'd know they didn't grow that way naturally. Same idea here. No possible way every county's 33 year olds, within the limits of the curve, turn out and vote at the exact same rate, and then it changes over the state line to another one, that every county's 33 year-olds turn out and vote at in *that* state. The basic gist of Montgomery’s invention is its ability to quickly run through possible password combinations until the right one is found, and the information on its servers can be accessed. The possible government misuses of this technology are vast and according to Montgomery and multiple other sources, HAMMER was used against Americans under the Obama Administration.
