And your refusal has cost all of us." • “I will sign an Executive Order that will Require that all executive Federal Employees to be Vaccinated, All.” • “I will sign another Federal Executive Order that will Require All Federal Contractors to do the same. If you want to work with the Federal Government and do business with us, Get Vaccinated.” • “If you want to do business with the Federal Government, Vaccinate your Workforce.” • “Tonight, I’m removing one of the Last remaining Obstacles that make it difficult for you to get vaccinated.” • “The Department of Labor will require employers with 100 or more workers to give those workers paid time off to go and get vaccinated.” • “We have to Finish the Job with Truth, with Science, with Confidence and Together as One Nation, we are the United States of America and there is not a single thing we can’t do if we do it together.” September 9, 2021 - Senator James Lankford (R-OK) issued the following statement after President Biden signed an Executive Order requiring Executive Branch employees and Contractors must get the COVID-19 Vaccine: • “My family and I chose to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, and I am grateful for it. Every Oklahoman and American should have that same choice and option. Federal employees and contractors, members of our military, health care workers, and everyone else in our nation should be able to choose whether to get vaccinated.
