Ramero Russell (R2Facts), is a dynamic storyteller, whose life journey has been shaped by survival & resilience. His story includes surviving Childhood Molestation, Abuse, & Domestic Violence. In 1996 Ramero attempted $uicide from lethal emotional trauma by overdosing on Barbiturates. Also that year Ramero overcame the unimaginable obstacles, surviving San Quentin Prison after being wrongfully convicted. With 27+ yrs in the fitness industry, Ramero has had the privilege of training NBA players, their families, teaching Martial Arts, an Executive at FOX/NBC TV, to guest commentator on TMZ. Ramero holds a Degree in Sociology & is currently a Pre-Med student at ASU. Ramero aims to foster meaningful conversations about mental health, & turning pain into positive change. He encourages his audience to embrace their own journeys with courage & hope, reminding them that even in the darkest moments, there is always light ahead.
