I Am The Legendary, The Notorious Doctor Crasher!!! In 1979, after seeing The Movie Colossus: The Forbin Project, my life was forever changed... Determined, I soon afterwards acquired, modified and built my first computer... In The 1980's, with The Commodore 64 Computer, I Ruled The World of Telecommunications as The Notorious Doctor Crasher... Software Pirate, Music Pirate, Cable TV Pirate, VCR Pirate, Phone Phreak, Carder, Hacker and Systems Crasher, I and my Organization of Bandits called The Codebusters became the largest Software Game Collection and Distribution Pirates in West Texas with Connections throughout North America and Canada... We were young Teenagers full of Life and Joy with a Taste of Power and Control not known to Common Citizens... Our Kind were the stuff of Movies, Books and Legends... ***************** By the way... If you're wondering WHERE my name Doctor Crasher came from, well, here's the story... At the turn of the 80's, a handful of my Friends and Associates snuck around BBS's doing things we shouldn't be doing and we all had Alias Handles to remain Anonymous. We were all fairly NEW to the Scene and were each looking for and working on our own Identities discovering our quirks, gifts and talents... Calling other Folks and other Computers outside of our Phones Area Codes was considered Long Distance calling back in those days and cost money to do. It wasn't hard to rack up an expensive Phone Bill if you weren't careful. We knew Public Schools, Colleges and Universities including Major Companies and Government Systems had their own internal system of networks used to communicate to each other throughout other Cities and States utilizing the phone lines also. We would gain access through Telnet Systems and try to find Unix Systems to either hack or set up our own Shell Accounts to which we could use to Communicate and share Programs among each other and thus, not having to pay expensive phone costs... Both Fortunately and Unfortunately I had a unique gift of "Accidently" bringing down Computer Systems and Networks without even trying. Call it a unique gift of breaking things. LOL!!! Imagine that... Pffff It was GOOD in that those days, there were factions of other competing hacker groups who would get into a pissing contest and actually "War" with each other. When our group was attacked, I was one of those who went out and attacked THEIR Systems and brought them down and I was VERY good at it.. They usually didn't have much security and those systems back then were very volatile next to systems nowadays. Where it was BAD was when our gang found a nice little System to hack and set up both a communication and game storage outlet. We would spend HOURS or DAYS doing so. Sometimes the guys would ask ME to help assist them and sure enough, every once and awhile I would "Accidently" do "Something" wrong resulting in crashing those systems... All that work put in gone to shit... "Yo Bud way to go asshole, you CRASHED the System... What tha hell did you do???" Shit Dudes... Apologies... I tried doing "This" to make "That" work and I fucked up... Yeahhhh SO... It looked like I had a talent for Systems Crashing... In other words, I was known as a CRASHER... And just by chance one night as I was working on some Coding, there was an episode playing of DOCTOR WHO on the TV set, in particular, the 4th Doctor himself TOM BAKER fucking around with the Daleks... Then, it all came together... Thus was born: DOCTOR CRASHER... And from then on, that's how I've always been known... With bouts of also being called "The Beyonder" here and there, I mostly stuck with DOCTOR CRASHER... As time went on, shortly in the early 1980's I migrated over to THE MIGHTY COMMODORE 64 COMPUTER leaving behind my trusty NORTHSTAR HORIZEN COMPUTER... The Commodore 64 was more popular and had more games than any other known systems at that time... SOON in Odessa, Texas where I lived, a NEW CO
