Unconstitutional California Democrat Laws

At the California Shasta County Board of Supervisors meeting, Terry Rapoza, unhappy with ten CA government bills that attack God given rights and Constitutional amendments, are in line to be passed in California's Democrat dominated capital. Terry suggests that there should be a committee made up of constitutional experts to be careful that the citizens God given rights are not stepped on.
