Dr David Martin - claims vax mandate is coercion

He intended to point at 21CFR50.20 (21CFR50.23/24) which says "and that minimize the possibility of coercion or undue influence" https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/21/50.20 but the law is written to restrict investigators, doctors, and medical institutions.

He also points at 18CFR2331 "(5)the term “domestic terrorism” means activities that—
(A)involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State; [e.g.21CFR50.20]
(B)appear to be intended—
(i)to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;" which then we would further have to show that a company's employees and contractors would be "civilian population".
