A New, Better & Easy 5 Minute Mindful Breathing Meditation Exercise 😍
Welcome to the TuneOutTV guide for mindful breathing meditation. Mindful breathing is a simple but very significant mindfulness meditation practice. It comes down to simply focusing your attention on your breathing, focus on its natural flow and the way it feels. Today I will share with you an easy 5 minute breathing exercise.
The great thing about a mindful breathing meditation is that you can do it any time if you feel anxiety or stress. The purpose of mindful breathing is to let go of worrying about the past or the future and anchor yourself in the current moment.
Mindful breathing has been shown to reduce anxiety, help with burnout, provide certain types of pain relief, and decrease negative thinking.
After setting aside time to practice mindful breathing, you’ll find it easier to get focus and attention in your daily life.
To truly benefit from meditation, it is necessary to practice it on a regular basis. You may do this at home or at work, and you can even take a moment to be attentive and calm after a long and exhausting day. Just make sure you have a place where you can be completely calm. If you find yourself being overly busy and restless, try going somewhere quieter or perhaps meditate at a specific time of day so you know what to expect.
