Having An Off Day Riding "The Gap"

Riding "The Gap" for the very first time. Five us total hit this gnarly Jeep trail through the Santa Catalina mountains. Beautiful views, riding up to about 5200 feet, and even a nice mountain stream. My fear of heights didn't get to me too much but I was very aware of the elevation. Sadly, I did have a really off day and rode like crap from the get go. Plus, my leg thing kicked in again and that made things even harder. I think I'm going to go to the doc to find out what is wrong with it. It's happening way more frequently and I don't want to have to stop riding harder stuff. Even with all that, I still had a great day and hopefully can do it again soon.
