Is It Okay to Water Baptize Children?

Is it OK for a child to be baptized in water? // If so, what is the right age to do so? And what does the Bible say about this? Child baptism is surprisingly controversial. It's amazing how many Christian denominations and pastors don’t believe in baptizing children younger than the age of twelve. Yet baptism is linked to a child's life-long commitment to his faith and the church.

We are answering the questions: What is the difference between infant baptism and the Believer's Baptism? When is a child ready to be baptized? What do I do if my pastor or church doesn't baptize children, but my child wants to do it?
