12 Steps for survival in 2022
1. Connection with neighbors, family and friends
2. Get a generator
3. Discontinue TV use, get off of social media and get a land line that doesn't require electricity
4. Learn to read a map and use a compass
5. Save all important documents, digitally to a portable hard drive that you can easily take with you. Print out and bag in plastic any other important documents. Birth cert, marriage, paper scripts for your prescriptions. etc.
6. Important phone numbers should be stored digitally and printed.
7. Have bag packed and ready to go if needed. (Essential clothing -a few changes including socks, underwear etc. plus a form of ID, a small first aid kit, a flash light, box cutter, paper and a pen/pencil. Each family member should have their own bag.
8. Establish a public meet up space incase you get separated and have a back up.)
9. Fast once a week to get used to hunger, just in case.
10. Spend some time in total darkness, getting comfortable with navigating in it.
11. Close your eyes and learn to maneuver around your home, navigating between rooms and floors.
12. Exercise and eat right, get off any medication you don't absolutely need, meditate and strengthen your fortitude. You are stronger than you think. God Bless America!
