Harris County ESD 9 Broken Promises

In early 2019, the ESD9 commissioners arbitrarily severed their relationship with the CyFair Voluntary Fire Department. At that time, the volunteers were 225 members strong and were protecting our homes and family’s while saving our community almost $4 million annually. At the time of the separation, Tommy Balez, President and the rest of the ESD9 board including Scott DeBoer made broken promises. Watch video to see the broken promises.
