Anyone who tells you that real estate market is going to crash like/worse than 2008 is just wrong. In this video, I'll explain how things were back then and how they are now. We'll walk through the key elements that build a real estate market and you can decide what you think. My opinion is clear but its built on these facts. I left the mortgage industry right before the crash to pursue my dreams in broadcasting. I got back in 2019 right before a hugh refi boom. Team, this stuff isn't that hard. You'll know the market is about to crash when I announce I've chosen a different career lol. We are not even close. The next refi boom in 3-4 years time will be the best one yet.
