UARM SA3U Lvl 3+ Plate vs M855 from 16" Barrel

In this quick video, I retest the SA3U plate from UARM and see if it can stop a round of M855, this time out of a 16" Ar15. In my original video, this plate failed to stop M855 out of a 20", will it be able to stop the same round at a slower velocity? Let's find out.
