Every few days, I schedule some time out to check in with myself. I spend time reflecting and sometimes journaling about my relationship with myself, my partner, my work, my business and my spirituality.

I ask myself specific questions to guide me. In this video I share more about how I do this.

Checking in with yourself is an important part of healing and advancing in your spiritual well-being.
