The Rule of Threes in Karate

Things happen in threes in the martial arts: Shin-Gi-Tai, Sosai's Three Principles, even our own mind is based on a mixture of the Three Qualities: Tamas, Rajas and Sattwa.

Today we're looking at these threes and what they mean in our training.
