This beautiful modular home is the “Jefferson” by Unibilt Homes- built by RE Becker Builders and is located in Wapac, Ohio. This model as toured has a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom layout inside 2800 sqft. It has an amazing bonus room upstairs creating the perfect place to send the children when you need to put yourself in timeout!
