Hummingbirds and bullys

I’m truly amazed that the cop missed a perfect opportunity to show some kindness and goodwill towards one of the citizens he swore an oath to serve and protect. In an era where public sentiment has soured towards those in law enforcement, these types of bullies are not the good cops ally and I think the days where bad cops can continue to abuse their authority, trust and power granted them by the people they represent, are numbered.
