This entire series was filmed during late summer of 2010.Many of the personalities still can be found but many others have moved on. This series will tell you of history, it will show attractions, and it will make you laugh and cry. This is the Mother Road. Follow us as we reveal American's main street. In this episode of the Route 66 Adventure we are in Tucumcari meeting with Richard Tally, Danny & Linda Ellis, Pat Yoreman, Jeff Moyer, Carl Longfellow, Brian Carver, Lorene Callison and Richard Flint shared their knowledge about Tucumcari. Next the Tepee Curios, then we visited Artists Doug & Sharon Quarles. Doug, a very talented artist, did most of the wall dog art in Tucumcari. We wind up this segment at the Tucumcari Historical Museum with Joy Young, Linda and Duane Moore who gave us a tour.
