#19: Does God Speak Apart From Scripture?

Does God speak apart from scripture? Most Christians answer with an emphatic, "NO!" However, this is a trick question. Throughout the Old and New Testaments, God spoke apart from scripture, yet not in disagreement with scripture, and there is a big difference. God regularly speaks through preaching, yet it is not exclusively quoting scripture that He anoints to bring salvation, healing, and deliverance. Prophets are not called to quote the Bible in everything they say, but what they DO say must not contradict the written Word. During today's video, I discuss how Christians must develop their senses to distinguish between God, man, and the devil.
