Good day beautiful soul,
In this video, I tried to make a complete guide introduction video to Mantras.
Mantra's are a set of words, syllables, believed to have spiritual or magical powers. or at least inviting/embracing change in ones life and embracing the energy of change, love and unity! This guide might help anyone: advanced or beginners into understanding mantras better. To at least be introduced to some new mantras you were not aware before. I tried to be as inclusive as possible and found some types of Mantra's for Christians and Muslims as well that are mentioned later in the video. Especially, since most know Mantra's are linked to Eastern traditions like Hinduism and Buddhism. Have a wonderful day beautiful human being. YOU ARE LOVE, YOU ARE WORTHY & YOU ARE SPECIAL. Always remember that! Mantras can be great tools to uplift your soul, energize the body and strengthened your connection with the Universe/God.
