Yes this is a challenging abdominal workout. To properly work your abdominals you need to work all 3 section, Rectus Abdominals, Obliques, and Transverse Abdominals - front, side and lower. Also included is a back work. It is important to balance out your back after working your front core.
Original Barre Method is taught in these videos as well as Pilates and Yoga. My instruction is based on movements that are effective and gentle on your body.
