What is Earth Day? History Lesson for Kids about Earth Day with a Fun Craft Activity!

What is Earth Day!? In this video Moakes and Blake explain the history behind the holiday known as Earth Day. They go on a fun adventure to find beautiful pieces of nature in their very own backyard and do an activity with the flowers and leaves they found.

For the clay recipe, make sure you have an adult helping you and here's the directions:

+ Pour 1 cup of water, 1 cup of baking soda and 1 cup of cornstarch into a pot on medium heat.
+ Stir until a paste like consistency
+ Place into a bowl for about 20-30 minutes to cool
+ Create and let dry over night!
