TwoSistas, MindsetMonday and it's Holy Week for many people! How we start our week is always at the forefront of our mindfulness but how do we go forward when our mindset is just not there? One step at a time - part of that process can be uncomfortable and it's through those journeys when it is uncomfortable that we push forward - that is part of the journey and establishes a solid foundation for moving forward!
