This entire series was filmed during late summer of 2010.Many of the personalities still can be found but many others have moved on. This series will tell you of history, it will show attractions, and it will make you laugh and cry. This is the Mother Road. Follow us as we reveal American's main street. In this episode of the Route 66 Adventure Mayor John Moore tells us some history and tells a story. We exit Grants, (where we spent the night, and set out to our next major destination, Seligman. We traveled one of the two old alignments through Ash Fork. We filmed the Crookton Bridge (closed), and overgrown route 66 spurs. As we entered Seligman we filmed the Stagecoach 66 Motel. At Delgadillo's Snow cap we met with Angel Delgadillo who gave us his old road story, and from there we went to the iconic Historic Seligman Sundries.
