[Sudden situation] My microsoft surface were unable to load to desktop after installed updates

Few hours ago, Bloggers laptop were occured one of the problem was after installed windows update, system were remained on BIOS screen and were unable to established of what issue I have because microsoft surface did not provide open box just like where most traditional laptop where it could fix easily. At the same time, Ben were still busy to packing luggage and ready to move to UK on friday night and fetch delivery drivers to where I settle.
