Professor on the Circumstances That Led to War

World leaders have been warning China not to get too close to Russia, following the invasion of Ukraine. And the Biden administration—along with the rest of the world—is having to deal with an increasingly tense situation as the war continues. Meanwhile, the relationship between Russia and China seems to have strengthened significantly this year. NTD spoke to political science professor Juscelino Colares, from Case Western Reserve University, to learn more about these global dynamics.
