Affirmations and how to change your life

I have been using affirmations since I was a teenager. To me, affirmations are totally natural and I have used them to help me change so much in my life. They are even more relevant today in our fast moving world. Whilst change brings new opportunities, it's also stressful as there are so many unknowns. Change in the world at large often prompt us to re-evaluate our own lives and make personal changes, too. However, in order to be different, we have to think differently and changing our habits of thinking is challenging. This is where affirmations come in, as they are an effective launching pad for new intentions.
