Are corruption and the Olympics inextricably linked? You might think so after all the bribery and doping scandals associated with it. It's also welcomed authoritarian countries like China and Kazakhstan with open arms. Hey, someone has to host the games, right? And with western and democratic cities and countries staying away, well, you get what you can take.
